As a first time home buyer. The whole process was stressful and scary, but Kelly and his team did the best they can. And was able to get my first home.

Documents that had already been provided were requested again. We made it clear that we wanted to move the process along as fast as possible, but it dragged on for weeks. I was asked for statement for 2 accounts. Rather than the last 4 digits of the accounts, I was given wrong digits. This caused me to look through all my accounts and records and could not find anything making me feel like I was inept and stressed out. The interest rate is a bit on the high side. I just opened a banking account in JAX, and the institution has a rate nearly a full percentage point lower.
